Mohammad Rohaninejad is a senior researcher specializing in quantitative methods for smart operations management. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research. His work focuses on advancing production planning and supply chain optimization, particularly as these domains are reshaped by emerging Industry 4.0 paradigms such as reconfigurable manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and distributed decision-making architectures. His recent work also extends into energy systems, developing decision-support tools for environments characterized by rapidly fluctuating and uncertain parameters. He also has experience teaching several courses, including operations research, and supervising PhD and master’s students.
